So this is what I ate this week in calories, but just ignore the Friday night, as I had a big cheat meal at the night with my mates due to it being weeks before I last ate allot of junk food.
But I still tried to eat a nice amount of goodish food, I ate have a chicken kebab and half of a 10″ pizza, and wow it was nice but I was in pain after and felt ill lol

So I have increased my running routine to increase loosing weight, if you have read over my last blog posts you will see how I got to doing what I do when I run, as I didn’t just start being able to run what I do now, not that I am saying it’s any good but for me it is.

I got a new phone last week and went for the Nokia N97 Mini

Its a very nice phone and I am very pleased with the out come and usage of it.
A MUST to any one that buys one or thinking of it, is to turn down the screen brightness to the lowest, the reason is for battery life because I found the battery really did struggle on the default brightness, but would last a full extra day on the lowest. .................. Read More?

so in the last 9 weeks I have actually managed to get from a 38 inch waste to a 35 inch waste.
I am really please about this, but the down side is that all my pants are now getting a bit to big and I am starting to struggle to pull it off wearing them.

So, I do a weighing day for me when I am on a diet, this way I will not weigh my self daily and get carried away with it all, also I have found doing a weighing daily can bring your self to cheating because when I found my self doing well I thought it would be OK to have a bit of bad food, but that’s not right so now I do a full week and weigh my self on the Saturday morning and measure my self, then place all the information within a excel file. .................. So if you have read my other posts within this section of my blog, you will know that I am trying and succeeding in loosing weight. So I do Cardio daily but how did I get to where I am now on the Cardio.
I started doing Cardio every day at just 10 minutes a day, I did this for a week and then went to 15 minutes a day, but I never ran for a full 10 or 15 minutes, I did what they call interval training were you will run for 60 seconds then walk for 60 seconds and do this for the whole Cardio you are doing, but I have always also walked for 2 minutes at the start of each Cardio session, so It all looked like this: ..................
