Low Carbs No Good For Me

so this last week I have been trying hard to keep my carbs low as much as I can, and I can say it was very hard and I mean very, well this could be just for me as I found that I could only get to a low of 80.71g in a day and I did this only 3 of the days in the week, I got ill from doing this and actually failed to do a full run on 2 days, also fell a sleep on the couch another day lol.

Set New Goal to loose weight

So I missed my last goal by 9lbs but I have set a new one and this is it

Start: 192.0 lb (87.3 kg)
Current: 174.4 lb (79.3 kg)
To Be: 156.0 lb (70.9 kg)

Low Carb Foods

so I was meant to have lower carbs today, but didn’t manage it as I was going for my tattoo session and due to being agoraphobic its hard for me to get out let a loan going for a tattoo, and I had a bar a chocolate to calm the nerves for going, yep that’s right a bar of chocolate helps calm nerves but they are very high in fat and carbs so it through my plans out of the window.

But tomorrow I will be doing the below 70 carbs a day and hopfully from then on

Week Out Look On Calories

So this is what I ate this week in calories, but just ignore the Friday night, as I had a big cheat meal at the night with my mates due to it being weeks before I last ate allot of junk food.

But I still tried to eat a nice amount of goodish food, I ate have a chicken kebab and half of a 10″ pizza, and wow it was nice but I was in pain after and felt ill lol

so this is my write up on calories, fat, protein and carb intake:

Increased my running routine for better fat loss

So I have increased my running routine to increase loosing weight, if you have read over my last blog posts you will see how I got to doing what I do when I run, as I didn’t just start being able to run what I do now, not that I am saying it’s any good but for me it is.

So now this is what my routine looks like:

  • 30 minute run in total
  • 2 minutes walk at setting 3
  • 7 minute run at setting 9

38 To A 35 inch Waste

so in the last 9 weeks I have actually managed to get from a 38 inch waste to a 35 inch waste.

I am really please about this, but the down side is that all my pants are now getting a bit to big and I am starting to struggle to pull it off wearing them.

If you are intrested in how I did it, plrease ask or read back over my last posts to see, I will be adding more infomation though to give you the exact idea on what I have been doing.

Weighing On A Diet

So, I do a weighing day for me when I am on a diet, this way I will not weigh my self daily and get carried away with it all, also I have found doing a weighing daily can bring your self to cheating because when I found my self doing well I thought it would be OK to have a bit of bad food, but that’s not right so now I do a full week and weigh my self on the Saturday morning and measure my self, then place all the information within a excel file.

Cardio To Loose Weight

So if you have read my other posts within this section of my blog, you will know that I am trying and succeeding in loosing weight. So I do Cardio daily but how did I get to where I am now on the Cardio.

I started doing Cardio every day at just 10 minutes a day, I did this for a week and then went to 15 minutes a day, but I never ran for a full 10 or 15 minutes, I did what they call interval training were you will run for 60 seconds then walk for 60 seconds and do this for the whole Cardio you are doing, but I have always also walked for 2 minutes at the start of each Cardio session, so It all looked like this:

Weight Training For Fat Loss

OK this is what I am doing daily for my weight training:

Day 2 Back -> Cardio
Day 3 Abs @ home
Day 4 Arms & Forearms -> Cardio
Day 5 Legs (Quads/Hams)
Day 6 Shoulder & Triceps
Day 7 Abs @ home -> Cardio

Gym ball Dumb-bell Fly sets: 3 reps: 12
Dumbbell Single Leg Calf Raise sets: 3 reps: 10

Back / Traps -> Cardio

Loosing weight 14.8lb in 9 weeks so far

So I am loosing weight as I was starting to look pretty bad, when I say loosing weight I am actually cutting my fat, so in other words I am getting read of my body fat and trying my best to keep as much muscle as possible, here is a graph of my weight loss so far:

So as you can see I have lost 14.8 lb in 9 weeks, I am at around 18% body fat how true that is I am unsure but time will tell, I want to get to around 156 lb and that’s meant to be about 6% body fat, but again time will tell.
