Increased my running routine for better fat loss
So I have increased my running routine to increase loosing weight, if you have read over my last blog posts you will see how I got to doing what I do when I run, as I didn’t just start being able to run what I do now, not that I am saying it’s any good but for me it is.
So now this is what my routine looks like:
- 30 minute run in total
- 2 minutes walk at setting 3
- 7 minute run at setting 9
- 1 minute speed walk at setting 6
I have also been writing down calorie, fat, carbohydrates and protein intake, this is a bit of a pain but I have done it in excel so the most common foods I have are written down all ready so that makes life a little easier, I will show my calories etc. in another post at the end of the week.
Also I have been naughty this morning and weight myself to see how things are going, I see there doing very well and will also reveal that at the weekend.
