Loosing weight 14.8lb in 9 weeks so far

So I am loosing weight as I was starting to look pretty bad, when I say loosing weight I am actually cutting my fat, so in other words I am getting read of my body fat and trying my best to keep as much muscle as possible, here is a graph of my weight loss so far:

So as you can see I have lost 14.8 lb in 9 weeks, I am at around 18% body fat how true that is I am unsure but time will tell, I want to get to around 156 lb and that’s meant to be about 6% body fat, but again time will tell.

once I am done I will then be bulking back up, so this means working hard with weights and eating slightly more so my body has the food needed to increase the muscle, I hope while I do this I don’t go any hight than 10% body fat, so I could be on and off bulking and cutting at the start till I get in the role of doing things correct.

What I have been doing to cut is just to lower my calories 1500 a day and keeping carbs to the morning as much as I can, then every day I work out, I do weight training on a body part a day and after that I do a 30 minute run on the treadmill.

So keep your eyes open, as i will be posting before and after pics when I get to my goal, and i am hoping that will not be to many weeks away.
