Low Carbs No Good For Me
so this last week I have been trying hard to keep my carbs low as much as I can, and I can say it was very hard and I mean very, well this could be just for me as I found that I could only get to a low of 80.71g in a day and I did this only 3 of the days in the week, I got ill from doing this and actually failed to do a full run on 2 days, also fell a sleep on the couch another day lol.
But I then sat there and thought that why do I need to try this way, as it is working for me with just low calories, this week i only lost 0.6lb in weight, but I think this could be good as i have to also remember along with cardio I am doing weights daily, so I could be loosing fat and gaining muscle, how true this is I am unsure, but I have been loosing the sizes of my waste and hips etc.
I am now at the size of 34 inch waste and at 35 inch on my hips, so I lost 1/2 inch in a week and the weeks before even some weeks I have lost a full inch but for the first 5 weeks I didn’t even loose any size around that section.
on Sataday I changed my run from 30 minutes to 40 minutes so that should help, and also I hope to maybe add some ankle weights in a couple of weeks. in the next 51 Days I hope to loose a total of 17.6 lb, and last night I ate some bad foods like i did last weekend but no more now, I think to keep going you have to do it some times, and I am glad I did as I feelt and still feel ill from it, so it goes to show that eating well is best anyway.
