Week Out Look On Calories
So this is what I ate this week in calories, but just ignore the Friday night, as I had a big cheat meal at the night with my mates due to it being weeks before I last ate allot of junk food.
But I still tried to eat a nice amount of goodish food, I ate have a chicken kebab and half of a 10″ pizza, and wow it was nice but I was in pain after and felt ill lol
so this is my write up on calories, fat, protein and carb intake:
You will see a section also saying N/A, that’s me messing up on my working out sorry, so you might be thinking wow the carbs are really high, and yes they are I have to admit I have been learning allot on the way and have found that I used to eat allot of fatty foods, so i have sorted that out now I have found my carbs are way to high and I am now going to deal with that this week, so i will show another chart next weekend if all goes well.
I must say though, that is really good for me and i loose weight on that amount of stuff, but that could be the running, and as for carbs I bet I had 3x that easy when i used to eat anything as I had 12 sugars in a day with hot drinks a loan then 3 table spoons on my breakfast in the morning lol
So watch this space 18.4Ib of fat to loose (unless my BF isnt good at that)
